Nicole is an amazing Agent! We are so thankful have found her. She made the transaction easy for us. Knowing she understood all the documents & helped explained the process before hand took the headache of buying home away from us. Nicole took the time to listen to what we wanted even when we ourselves didn’t exactly agree. Nicole found us something that was perfect and had everything we both wanted. Not happy with this reality team. I was lied too multiple times by Rafael Rivera, I wasn't in the best place at the time, he received a triple commission on the buy and sell side of my property, false promises galore. Only reason I'm giving two stars was for his hustle. Worked in sales my whole career never lied to get a deal done.

As a Home Inspector, this business has recommended our services to their clients. It's refreshing to see agents that care about their clients, and aren't only focused on closing the deal. One reason I can tell is when I do an inspection on a home, and the home ends up with lots of issues on the report...they are thankful that the report showed all the issues, instead of being upset that " now the deal will fall apart".
